Bo Brinkenfalk reunites with Agent 46′s Lucas for an editorial in Dress to Kill H&M and Versace’s collection as the main course. This has be one of the best H&M mens collaborations. For one its Versace, and two, its getting so much press, and recognition, I love it.
Rock n roll with glittery studded leather or Japanese floral that’s cut from six different prints screams vintage Versace for sure. Model Abbey is wearing a Versace medallion belt that is inspired by the watch she wears undoubtedly compliments this Asian inspired ensemble
Can’t wait to see more of Versace for H&M lookbook, which will be launched in store and online on November 17th along with Donatella’s promise to deliver studded leather pieces and we all know it’s going to be as big as other collaboration, such as Missoni for Targetor Karl Lagerfeld for Macys.
Lady Gaga is revisiting her Inner Donatella Versace, because she has been sooooooo hot lately, and its weird of me saying this, but she looks friggin hot. Versace bound is always best on Stefani Germanotta…I have to call her by her amazing Italian name cause there’s nothing ‘Gaga’ about her right now.
The house’s Fall 2011 campaign is also perpetuating a new Versace era; instead of Mario Testino, who has done Versace campaign honors since 2004, Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott were the photographers of choice, a Versace first. And rather than featuring a celebrity or a blonde — as is typical for Versace — the campaign focuses on the brunette Saskia de Brauw. “For me, it is expected to have the blonde girl, the sexy girl, and this is what Versace meant recently,” explained Donatella. “But I thought about how in the past, when Gianni used girls like Kristen McMenamy and Stella Tennant, everyone was always saying, ‘Wow, this is not a Versace girl, she is not blonde.’ Sometimes you need to renew yourself to work better and to make a little bit of a push.” Of the resulting images, Versace added: “It’s a glamorous woman and it’s a little pop, which I love. Mert and Marcus are very talented and full of ideas. This season is just the beginning. I want to push something different and new.”
This seasons ‘Versace man’ collection for men is obviously fooling around with shapes, proportions, colors and graphics..pretty much hes getting more comfortable and open minded to fashion, and being introduced to the contemporary look. This look is not suppose to shine and stand out, its calm serene, and focused more on the luxury of the collection. I cant get enough of the fine tailoring and different fabrics being used. The focus this season to me was focused more on the shoulders, coats, and detailing of the mans body. The combination of long, short, and extended waistlines totally work for this collection, its a vintage look, and at the same time very contemporary, and I totally recognize the Versace code the ‘3-D effect. threads, astrakhan necks of the coats also posses a three-dimensional aspect. The colors include electric blue, camel, red, purple and flashes of hot pink. Suits explore a full range of grey , and the key fabrics are cashmere and wool.
“Right now what I’m wearing is an archive Gianni Versace.” Gaga said and continued: “This was never seen before. It is a dress that was made before he died. And actually I’m wearing only Versace for like the next two months. I’m having a love affair with Donatella”

Miss GaGa is bringing back Vintage Versace in the hardest way. This woman knows fashion, cant doubt her at all, I respect her for her education of fashion, and the way she wears it.
Versace Fall 1991 pleated skirt…and boots from Gianni Versace Fall 1992 Bondage collection
For her performance at Roma EuroPride 2011 Gaga stepped the stage dressed in black and white haute couture maxi skirt from Atelier Versace Fall 1992 one of the Fall 1992 campaign visuals shot by Patrick Demarchelier, a legendary photographer.
….this black signature dress belongs to the Atelier Versace Fall 1997, the last haute couture collection designed by Gianni Versace himself I do believe.
